One-Day Map and Compass Introduction
Our courses run from 09:00 to 16:30 and focus on hands-on learning. You will practice navigating using paths, tracks, walls, and other linear features commonly found in the countryside. The day is designed to give you the essential skills to move confidently and safely through unfamiliar terrain.

This navigation course is designed specifically for beginners who are new to map reading and want a clear, practical introduction to using a map and compass in the countryside. It is ideal for walkers who already enjoy spending time outdoors but want more confidence when following routes, understanding their surroundings, and making decisions on the ground.
